Building AlfredALFRED is short for Authenticated Limited Frequency RFID Entry Door. This project is to build an RFID-based door access control system that unlocks the door to the Workspace at INScape using a RFID card. The project uses commercially available off-the-shelf components & open-source Arduino hardware. This blog documents the design, build, and verification process.
